9 including 6 females arrested in 2 cases of flesh trade in Haryana

Flesh trade as well human trafficking cases are constantly rising in Haryana since after epidemic outbreak and lock downs declared by the government. In past couple of days two cases of flesh trade in a guest house at Bhiwani and at a dhaba in Ambala district has been registered by the police in the state. On a clue that illicit business is going on in the guest house police sent a police EASI Ramesh Kumar as a fake customer at Surbhi  Guest House & Marriage Place Bhiwani to finalized a deal with guest house in-charge and a female sitting at the reception when a deal to have sex relationship with the female was finalised for Rs 1000 when fake customer handed over two Rs 500 currency notes signed by the police and on a blank mobile phone call by Ramesh Kumar police team entered the guest house immediately  and during search found a couple both undressed lying on a bed in room number 104 and on checking their identity their names were not available in the guests register.

A case was registered by the police against guest house management and all four persons under section 156 of Immoral Trafficking Act. The arrested including two females were identified as  Reema Tamang hailing from Darjeeling and working in a Tea Garden and Anshu resident of Dauba Colony Bhiwani and youth found with the female was identified as Suresh resident of Sector 13 Bhiwani all taken to police station in police gypsy. They were produced in the court and sent to jail.  

In second case registered under section 156 of Immoral Act by Saha police station in Ambala district, joint teams of CIA Staff-Ii, Saha police station and Barara police station on a complaint of residents in the area conducted raid at Green Chilly Dhaba at village Dinarpur on Saha-Shahbad road during late evening. Seeing police gypsy vans the owner of Dhaba Vicky managed to flee jumping from the roof on back side of Dhaba along with another companion. Police arrested four girls of them three were residents of Patiala and one from Maharashtra.  During search police recovered a couple in a room lying undressed on a bed and arrested both identified as Bahadur Singh resident of Chamoli in Uttarkhand and his female partner Jashanpreet resident of village Londa. Police also recovered three other females all residents of Patiala brought by Dhaba owner to entertain visitors. All arrested were produced in the court and sent to jail.

Meanwhile, on the information by a social welfare organization ‘Bachpan Bachao Aandolan Sanstha that minor children are being sent to Ludhiana as bonded labourer, in a joint operation by teams of State Crime Beanch, Anti-human Trafficking Unit, District Child Protection & Welfare Department, Child Welfare Council, Railway Protection Force and GRP conducted raid in  Karambhumi Express Train  No. 02407 running between Jalpaigudi and Amritsar arrived at Ambala Cantt railway station  and recovered 27 minors between age 14 and 17 most of them hailing from Katihar, Kishenganj, Purnia districts in Bihar state sent by an unidentified  agency all sent to Children Home after their medical examination at the civil hospital for counselling and informed their family. Information reveals, e 18 children have already been handed over to their families. Police registered an FIR against the organization involve in human trafficking. The children were not aware of person taking them to Ludhiana.
