According to available data more than 7.39 lakh complaints have been registered on CM window in every district in Haryana state which was started with effect from December 25, 2014 to provide immediate justice to residents of the state and a study reveals the the scheme failed to provide desired results to complainants so far, which include maximum number of complaints reported against state police department recorded as 2,09,359 (28.39%) complaints,
Among other complains include 88,837 (12.01%) complaints against Panchayat department 54612 (7.38%) complaints against Urban Developments Authority, 44897 (6.06%) complaints against State Revenue department, 38195 (5.16%) complaints against Education department, 21995 (2.63%) complaints against DTP, 20505 (2.77%) complaints against Public Health department, 20148 (2.72%) complaints against District Food Supply Control (DFSC) department, 20095 complaints (2.63%) complaints against Social Justice department, 18444 (2.49%) complaints against Agriculture department, 4715 (1.99%) complaints against Irrigation department, 14335 (1.93%) complaints against Health departmen12112 (1.63%) complaints against Labour department, 9837 (1.33%) complaints against PWD, besides 1212 complaints registered against Sports department, 1420 complaints registered against Mining & Geology department, 1687 complaints registered against Old Heritage department, and 1830 complaints registered against state Home department and Chief Secretary.
Scenario reveals, during year 2014, with effect from December 25 when scheme was launched in the state till August 31 as many as 3383 complaints were recorded on CM window in different districts across the state within few days, followed by 1,11,662 complaints registered in the year 2015. During year 2016, 97573 complaints were registered. In the year2017 the number of complaints registered on CM windows in the state was recorded as 1,26,299 and during year 2017 the number of complaints was 1,34,810 in year 2018. The year 2019 had 1,25.171 complaints at all CM windows in the state, the year 2020 registered 83530 complaints and during current year 2021 the number of complaints till August 31 has been recorded as 56777 in the state. There were large numbers of complaints received against state electricity department every year.
Information reveals, out of total number of 56777 complaints received on CM window till August during current year include 17667 complaints against police department, 5288 complaints received against Panchayat department and 4913 complaints registered against Urban Development Authority which was strongly condemned by State Home Minister Anil Vij who took stern action against few police officers also but all in vain. He expressed deep concern over rising graph of complaints on CM window in the state.
