Information reveals, this is not first time Punjab government has been making claim over Chandigarh as their capital  but seven times in past about two decades, besides having a separate High Court in their Vidhan Sabha sessions in the year 2002, 2005 and 2017 and such claims have no value unless approve by the government in centre. Haryana Chief Minister cautioned people in Punjab state presently having a unbalanced government taking steps to raise differences between people of both Punjab and Haryana states by taking wrong decisions soon after forming the government instead of taking beneficial steps welfare of residents in their state.
