Amritsar: Alleged accused identified as Chandan Kumar son of Ravinder Kumar who fired gun shots injuring three innocent people in two days still playing hide and seek with  police which was still struggling hard to nab him.

Confirming the incident here today superintendent of Police Mr. Vishaleet Singh said that incident occurred last night when alleged accused Chandan Kumar after a minor verbal spat fired gunshots   on Vikram Sharma who had narrowly escaped. He said after the incident the accused escaped away from the spot.

Adding further Singh said that this morning when police were chasing the accused Chandan Kumar to arrest him who was going on his Activa Scooter that hit one passerby Mr. Billu who was also injured by the gun shots fired by the alleged accused Chandan Kumar.  Singh also added that when gun fires were shot on Billu by the accused that also injured the lady identified Sonia who was also moving on the road but all had narrow escape except bullet injuries.

Singh said that all the three victims who were injured with gun fires shot by alleged accused of Billu were out of danger.

Accused still away from the police custody but to be arrested very shortly as various police teams have been dispatched to arrest him, Singh quipped.
