Amritsar: Complete bandh was observed here in the city as protesters took out march through markets and even inside the old walled city where small shopkeepers were forced to close their shops to protest the terror attack in Pahalgam that claimed lives of 26 innocent people, most of them tourists, on Tuesday.
Post Pehlagam terror attack, a bandh call was given by different political and non-political outfits including Amritsar traders Association; even private schools were also found shut due to band call.
Fuel stations, vegetable and milk vendors and medical services were exempted as they were working as per their routine.
However, trains were moving according to its schedule even state run buses of Punjab Roadways also found moving normally.
