Congress divided in groups in Haryana might lose 2024 polls if failed to unite

Congress lost power in 2019 in Haryana state only due to internal rift between party’s senior leaders and in-spite of defeat in 2019 Vidhan Sabha polls still there is no improvement in relationship between senior party leaders still divided in two groups led by former  Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda also leader of opposition in state Vidhan Sabha and former Union Minister Kumari Shelja also a former Rajya Sabha member as well as former HPCC president in the state. Surprisingly, even the members of rival groups do not attend party gatherings by the leader of both groups which was observed recently in a function when Kumari Shelja had a get-together at her Ambala Cantt residence about a month ago in which large number of Congress leaders and workers from Ambala and adjoining districts were present but to utter surprise there was not a single Congress worker or leader from rival Hooda group present in this function, when questioned by media persons Shelja changed the topic.
