Fake RTA office busted by CM Flying squad with 2 arrest

PANIPAT (SATISH HANDA):  On a information, team of CM Flying Squad accompanied by CID, police, duty magistrate Anil Kaushik, police force from Chandni Bagh police station Panipat on the permission of Deputy Commissioner  Dharminder Singh  during a raid on Wednesday evening  at fake running RTA office in Sector 25 Transport Area  Panipat seized nearly 180 fake documents suspected fake including 92 vehicle registration certificates, 47 vehicle fitness papers and other fake documents related to the vehicles. Shish Pal in-charge flying squad told media persons that twp persons were arrested by the police and cases were registered against them at Chandni Bagh police station.

He said, amount worth Rs 97,500 along with stamps of several educational institutes and blank vehicle registration and other papers were recovered from them. Preliminary investigation reveals that this illegal business was going on since past five years behind old RTA office allegedly with the knowledge of RTA officials, later shifted to Gohan Raod Panipat. He disclosed that raid was conducted by CM flying squad on the information of illegal activities going on in RTA office and matter was brought in the knowledge of Deputy Commissioner

Team in-charge told that raiding team also raided office of Magna Investing Shop on the first floor of Canter Union office and arrested a person Manoj Verma resident of Asandh Road and recovered large number of blank as well as filled documents to prepared vehicle registration certificates, driving license, road permits, fitness certificate and a accounts register.
