Kaithal / Palwal: Police team led by Veerbhan and women police station in-charge Veena busted a big prostitution network running in a house near the sugar mill on Karnal Road in Kaithal where 4 women and 2 men were arrested lying in suspicious condition. During the police raid news spread in the area and people gathered outside the house. Police investigation revealed that this immoral activity was going on in the house of the landlady Mamta for a long time, who fled from the spot immediately from the back door. The police started searching for her. Among the women arrested include two local residents while the other 2 women are hailing from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar each. The two men arrested are said to be customers and are local residents.

The women police station in-charge said that considering the seriousness of the case, the investigation is being carried forward and the main operator involved in the network will be arrested soon. The police have started further action after registering a case against the arrested accused under various sections.
Meanwhile, CM Flying Squad accompanied by Palwal police and the Health Department team in a joint action busted an illegal abortion centre in a residential area in Palwal and arrested the woman running the illegal abortion centre, the clinic operator and two brokers who used to arrange the customers for the illegal abortions, were also arrested on the spot. Not only this, during the raid, the team recovered a large number of illegal MTP kits and other equipment used for abortions. Not only this, during this raid a huge amount of medicines of the government hospital were also recovered at the spot.
Giving information about the case, Doctor Sanjay of Palwal District Civil Hospital said that he was getting secret information about this illegal abortion centre for a long time, due to which they arranged a fake customer who approached for abortion at Rahul Clinic located in Nayagaon and there the clinic operator named Sundar asked for 20 thousand rupees from the fake customer for illegal termination of pregnancy, where the CM Flying and Health Department teams were also chasing the fake customer. As soon as the operator of the illegal abortion center took the money and started preparing for the abortion, both the teams reached the spot and caught them red handed.
Not only this, the clinic operator, broker Sundar and Rohit were also arrested and a large number of MTP kits and other equipment were also recovered from here. Not only this, government medicines were also found from this illegal abortion center which are given to patients only from government hospitals. Doctor Sanjay said that the local police was also called on the spot and the three i.e. the clinic operator and 2 brokers were handed over to the police and further action has been started.
