New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with his entire cabinet at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan in Delhi, which was not just a formal meeting but marked the beginning of a strategy to convey the 11-year journey of the Modi government to the public.
And this is being considered critical just before the completion of one year of Modi 3.0. The special thing is that this meeting is the first cabinet meeting after the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’. This is being considered a very confidential and strategic operation.
According to sources, the primary focus of this meeting is to transform the achievements of the Modi government over the past 11 years into a public relations campaign. Each ministry will be required to account for its key schemes, accomplishments, and changes. Some ministries, such as the Ministry of Water Power, will present their reports in the form of presentations.
What will be special about ‘Operation Sindoor’? In the meeting, ministers will be provided with comprehensive information regarding the strategy, process, and success of ‘Operation Sindoor’, enabling them to respond to any opposition propaganda with factual evidence. Until now, not much has been publicly stated about this operation, but clear guidance will now be provided to everyone at the internal level.
The Prime Minister has given a clear directive: “This is not a celebration but a dialogue with the public.” This means that the citizens will be informed about what the central government has accomplished in these 11 years, how the situation has changed from before to now, and how the NDA’s policies differ from those of the UPA.
How to send the message across to the public: Emphasis on Social Media: Each ministry has been instructed to promote its key achievements through social media. Direct Communication: Guidelines have been issued to connect directly with the beneficiaries of the schemes, hold public meetings, and engage in field activities. Booklet Campaign: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will compile the achievements of all ministries into a booklet that will be shared by BJP workers and the general public. Articles in Newspapers: All ministers have been directed to write articles in newspapers to present their plans and experiences to the public.
June is set to be an ‘action-packed’ month for Modi 3.0. On June 5th, PM Modi will participate in tree planting activities for World Environment Day. June 9th marks the completion of one year of the Modi 3.0 government. June 21st is International Yoga Day. On June 25th, there will be a special event commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Emergency. The central government will organise extensive public outreach programmes for all these occasions.
