Police nabbed Shubam Dubey in connection with threatening email to Golden Temple case

Amritsar: Punjab police have nabbed alleged accused Shubam Dubey in connection with the threatening email to blow up Golden Temple.

Addressing the press conference here today, Police commissioner Mr. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar said that with the help of cybercrime wing of Punjab police and central intelligence agencies police succeeded to nab Shubam Dubey from Faridabad.

Adding further he said that there were a total five threatening emails sent in the SGPC office where it was threatened that Golden Temple would be blown up with explosive material.

Bhullar said that it was a partial success, since Shubam Dubey has been rounded up in the case of the first Email which was received by the SGPC on July 14.

He said that Shubam is just 24 years old and has a BTech degree. He also made it clear that Shubam has no previous criminal record.
