Rahul Gandhi vacates Bungalow in Lutyen’s Delhi

After being disqualified as Wayanad MP, Rahul Gandhi today vacated his Official Bungalow 12 Tughlaq Lane in Delhi. “I am paying the price for speaking the Truth” said Rahul after handing over the keys. I will raise the issues as always, as someone has to do so. Senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has also accompanied her brother. Talking to the mediapersons, Priyanka Gandhi said “ My brother is very courageous, he will always stand for truth. I am with him” Bahut Himmatwala hai mera Bhai” added Priyanka. Meanwhile Rahul will stay with His mother Sonia Gandhi at 10 Janpath. According to the sources Rahul Gandhi has shifted his office and his personal belongings on April 14th  to his Mother’s residence.  Rahul has been staying in this Bungalow from two decades. A Surat court has convicted Rahul in a criminal defamation case sentencing him two year, leading to his disqualification. Though he challenged magisterial court’s order in the Sessions court in Surat, but his appeal was rejected. After that the Lok Sabha Secretariat sent Gandhi a notice to vacate his Bungalow by April 22. So Finally RG vacated the premises today.
