Karnal : Four youths having covered their faces with masks robbed Rs 6.70 lakh from Axis Bank ATM installed on the Mall Road Karnal situated at a distance of hardly 50 meter from the police station and a case was registered with the police on the complaint of bank manager Arun Goel. According to CCTV footage, four youths entered the ATM booth at around 4 AM on Sunday morning , cut down two ATMs  with a gas cutter and managed to flee within five minutes with an amount worth Rs 6.70 lakh. Large number of VIPs including Deputy Commissioner and SP reside on the Mall Road near the ATM. The accused left the place when the iren started and before theft had damaged the CCTV camera fillted inside the ATM booth.
