Russia claims world’s first COVID-19 vaccine, President’s daughter gets dose

Moscow: Rushian President Vladimir Putin claimed that Russia is first country in the world to grant regulatory approval of a coronavirus vaccine. COVID-19 vaccine approved after about two months of human testing. He said that his daughter has been vaccinated.

Russia will register what it claims is the first coronavirus vaccine on August 12. Putin said that the COVID-19 vaccine has been jointly developed by the Gamaleya Research Institute and Russia’s Defence Ministry and will be the first vaccine candidate against the novel coronavirus to get registered.

Putin further said after get it registered ,Russia will start mass production the vaccine.
