SAS Nagar( Mohali): The Department of Pharmaceutical Management at NIPER, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), successfully organised Samprabhav 2026 – Union of Magnates on February 7 and 8, 2026. The two-day national conclave brought together industry leaders, academicians, and aspiring pharmaceutical professionals to deliberate on emerging trends, innovation, and strategic transformation in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
The event was graced by eminent dignitaries, including Mr. Satish Khanna as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Vijay Charlu presided over the event as the Honorary Chairperson. The inception ceremony on the second day featured Mr. Siddharth Angrish as the Distinguished Speaker and Sh. Satish Kumar ji as the Special Guest.
In his inaugural address, Mr. Satish Khanna highlighted the growing importance of early-phase marketing, leadership adaptability, and digital transformation in shaping the future of the pharmaceutical industry. He emphasised the need for innovation-driven strategies to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
The symposium featured a series of insightful sessions led by eminent speakers. On Decoding Global Trends: Redefining Life Sciences and Technology, Dr. Navneet S. Tewatia, and Mr. Varun Arora, shared perspectives on global healthcare policy, access to medicines, and technology-led transformation.
The session on Driving Patient Impact Through Next-Generation Solutions included Mr. Tejaswi V, and Mr. Rajshekhar Rao, who discussed innovative medical technologies and their role in improving patient outcomes. Mr. Hareshh Ratwani, shared insights on sustainable enterprise growth driven by talent, ideas, and innovation.
Marketing and commercial strategy were addressed in the session Reimagining Pharma Marketing for the Next Decade, featuring Ms. Megha Choubey and Mr. Aditya Kumar Khanna, who highlighted evolving engagement models and future-ready marketing approaches.
Strategic consulting and healthcare transformation were discussed during From Insight to Impact: Shaping the Future of Healthcare Strategy, with Mr. Himanshu Sehgal, Mr. Abhishek Hiteshi Arora and Mr. Mihir Pujara, sharing their perspectives on competitive intelligence, market entry, and corporate growth strategies.
