During a forthcoming literary event, the Sahitya Sabha of Kaithal, Haryana, is organizing a Kavi Sammelan and Felicitation Ceremony scheduled for November 9, 2025, at RKSD College, located on Ambala Road in Kaithal.

The event aims to honour twenty-four eminent literary personalities and journalists. Mr. Satish Singh, a banker, prominent senior columnist, and literary figure based in Mumbai, will also receive this prestigious award.

Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at the State Bank of India’s Corporate Centre in Mumbai, Mr. Singh has dedicated the past thirty years to literary pursuits and has been active in promoting financial literacy for the past seventeen years. His extensive body of work includes over 2,500 articles, sixty stories, and more than 250 poems published across various newspapers and magazines. Additionally, he has released seven music albums on OTT platforms. Mr. Singh has received more than a dozen accolades in recognition of his contributions to financial literacy and the promotion of the Hindi language. He has also authored three books.
