Seven directors of company booked allegedly cheated hundreds investors assuring heavy profits

Ambala : Barara police station in Ambala district registered a cheating case against a firm developing commercial as well as residential complexes in highly advertised for a new project to develop Dholera Smart City in Gujarat state in media as well as holding seminars which also opened a office at Barara in Ambala district having large number of ex-army persons and retired government employees. The managing director of the firm introduced himself a ex-army serviceman attempted to attract investors mostly retired from army as well as government services trying to invest their money to get heavy returns were much impressed by making investment in this proposed Dholera a $3 billion, 10-year project designed to be the world’s first completely sustainable smart city a safe, clean and high-tech living environment project providing all facilities in old age, besides an attractive proposal for the investors.

SHO Barara police station told media persons that a case was registered against seven directors of the firm Nexa Evergreen Private Limited on the complaint of Diler Singh a resident of Barara who invested huge amount of money on the assurance of heavy return on his investment, followed by  the police station Barara received large number of complaints from different peraons invested in this project who told that the firms had assured them double money on their investment in a short period by holding several seminars in the area and even took investors to the site of proposed complex in Gujarat free of cost. SHO told that the investors in the company’s Barara office iuvested amount worth about Rs 80 crores when after collecting amount the firm closed down its office at Barara and even stopped to receive telephone calls from nearly 250 investors deposited money with the company, when a case was registered against Ranbir Bijrania Chief Managing Director of the company, Subhash Bijrnia Managing Director, Banwari Lal Maheria, Birbal Tetarwal, Sudhir, Upender Bijlaria, Balbir Mehria all residents of Rajasthan state and Amit Kumar Choudhary.  SHO told that the company usually targeting ex-servicemen and retired government employees in the area. Police investigation in the case revealed that Nexa Evergreen Company was set up in 2019 in Rajasthan having its Head Office at Saket Circle Ahmedabad I Gujarat state having 34 offices in the country including at Barara which was being controlled by an employee of the firm Sanjiv Kumar who convinced investors that Dholera complex will be set in nearly 1800 Bigha area and the Smart City will be developed similar to Singapore and Dubai. The company also assured to refund entire amount of investment in monthly instalment after about one and half year. SHO Barara told that a detailed study on this high profile cheating case is going on when action will be taken for the barest of all company  directors
