ADR report: MP Sukanta Majumder has asked the maximum number of questions in Parliament

New Delhi : In the last five years, Sukanta Majumdar is the best in parliamentary work, he has received the best MP award twice. In the last 5 years, BJP state president and Balurghat MP Sukanta Majumder has asked the highest number of  questions in Parliament. He asked a total of 596 questions. Apart from Sukanta, there is no name of any MP from Bengal in this list of 10 MPs. Madhya Pradesh BJP MP Sudhir Gupta is second in the list with 586 questions asked. Bidyut Baran Mahato, BJP MP from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, has secured the third position with 580 questions asked.

Recently, Association for Democratic Reforms or ADR has published a list of the ‘performance’ of MPs of this country in the last 5 years. There are names of 10 MPs of the entire country. Along with that, the name of their party and Lok Sabha constituency are also mentioned. According to the list, 505 MPs of the country have asked a total of 92,271 number of questions in the last 5 years. In addition to this information, which MP asked the most questions in the Parliament, ADR has also revealed the most questions asked on which subjects. According to that data of ADR, in the last 5 years, the most asked questions were on health and family welfare. Then, there is the most questions asked on agriculture. MPs of the country also asked questions about finance, environment and education in the parliament.
