Nearly 7.72 lakh unemployed youths in Haryana state are registered with Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam unable to get permanent government jobs are now willing to join temporary jobs and a study reveals that among them include nearly 373 PhD, 45,343 post graduates having, degree in M.Sc MBA M.Com and M.Tech, 133480 graduates in Arts as well as Science B.Tech BBA B.Com and equivalent qualification, 9216 youths are having technical qualification from a polytechnic or ITI, 233072 unemployed youths studied class XII and 241866 matriculates.
Information also reveals that the state government is going to fill up vacancies for permanent class III and IV employees in government offices, Boards and Corporations in the state for 60000 posts shortly for which  nearly 10 lakh unemployed youths have already applied. Similarly, for the recruitment of temporary employees in government offices the selection is being made through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam which have already recruited nearly a lakh unemployed youths in recent past sometime, which include most of the youths which were already working in government departments on the basis of outsourcing system on contract basis.
Recently, state government Haryana has made an agreement with private sector organizations supplying them with a skilled or unskilled workforce. State government has constituted clusters under Padma Yozna scheme offering handsome attractions to those MSME units employing such a work force arranged by the state government. According to information there are 14000 Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSME) units in Haryana state which are likely to provide employment to 3.5 lakh unemployed youths in the state. State government has decided to offer temporary jobs to youths belonging to families below poverty line and on the basis of Parivar Pehchan Patran scheme launched in the state there are early 13 lakh such families identified in the state which have annual income less than Rs One lakh and nearly 29 lakh families are having annual income less than Rs 1.80 lakh in the state. According to a government spokesperson special weightage will be given to youths belonging to such families for these contrarct jobs.
