Over a dozen gangsters from Haryana running rackets jail and abroad

To stop gangsters from going abroad on passports issued on the basis of fake documents has become a big challenge for the Special Task Force of Haryana police as well as NIA. However, instructions have been issued to all police stations to ensure that there is no negligence in the verification of suspicious passport holders as well as applicants, and also file cases against the witnesses in such cases and strict action will be taken in the future as well. The police also arrested some of the gangsters from abroad and brought them to India but the trend of gangs operating from abroad continues.

Even after issuing Red Corner notice, gangsters go abroad after getting passports on fake documents. Gangsters Lipin Nehra, Neeraj Pandit, henchmen of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and Himanshu Bhavu are running their gangs from abroad. They call from abroad and carry out serious crimes like extortion and murder, supply of arms and drugs. A senior Haryana Police officer said, by getting passports made on the basis of fake documents, gangsters Neeraj Pandit, Himanshu Bhavu, Lipin Nehra and others had gone abroad and were carrying out criminal activities from there. A senior officer of the STF said, probe had revealed that earlier gangsters used to operat from Canada, Pakistan and Dubai but now, they had started going to countries like Portugal, African and Azerbaijan forming new syndicates, which include the names of gangster Kaushal allegedly involved in the murder of a Congress state spokesperson who brought by the police from Dubai. Gangster Raju Bisaudi brought from Thailand by the STF, gangster Vikas Lagarpuriya arrested on his return from Dubai. Other gangsters of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang including Goldy Brar, Lipin Nehra and Anmol Bishnoi are still operating the gang from abroad. DGP Haryana  said that they are now vigilant about the possibility of criminals making fake papers for passports and instructions has been issued to all police stations that there should not be any negligence in verifications.

As per sources, gangster Virender Pratap alias Kala Rana, who is associated with Lawrence Bishnoi gang and now lodged in Tihar Jail remains in touch with Lawrence’s brother Anmol Bishnoi who is in abroad and Satinder alias Goldy Brar through social media applications. Kala Rana, through his nephew Bhanu Pratap and another relative Prince both are also in abroad has been making ransom calls in Kurukshetra, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kaithal and  Panchkula districts. Information reveals that after getting the ransom, it is distributed among his family members and members of the Bishnoi gang, Kala Rana’s brother Surya Pratap and his relatives, and members of Bishnoi gang are helping him. The ransom money is transferred through bank accounts or hawala.

 Among prominent gangsters from Haryana operating their network from abroad include Goldy Brar mastermind in the murder of poet Musewala declared hard core gangster now operating network in India from abroad, active in ranom demands in the country through his gang members on the hit list of NIA and STF for supplying arms in the country as well as most wanted by police in Haryana, Punjab, Delhi and other states. Lawrence Bishnoi brought Kala Rana alias Varinder from abroad.  Harvinder Singh alias Rinda most wanted in large number of criminal activites in Punjab keft for Pakistan now supplying arms, explosive material and drugs in Punjab in association with ISI in Pakistan. Vikas Gulia from Dubai, Adarshdeep Singh from Canada and Gurjant Singh alias Janta from Europe are also operating their criminal network while sitting in abroad also nvolved in ransom demand, supply of arms and spreading terror in the country.
