‘Paper Solver’ gang busted with 18 arrests including 5 females

Jind police in Haryana and Noida police in U.P busted an inter-state paper solver racket with the arrest of more than 18 persons including five females and registered FIRs against several others involved in leakage of examination papers, cheating, appearing as fake candidates in competitive examinations, laboratory setting of answer sheets and finalizing deals with the candidates appearing in examination conducted for National Eligibility Test (NET), Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and examinations conducted by Haryana Staff Selection Commission and other government departments  charging amount between Rs 3 to 4 lakh each candidate willing to avail services.

Narender Bijrania SP Jind told that police on information of inter-state racket active in the area arrested two persons Rahul a resident of  Uchana in Bhiwani district and Kashmir a resident of  Kaithal who  named another six persons working in this cheating racket, registered FIRs against them and conducted several raids at Bhiwani, Gurugram, Kaithal, Kurukshetra and few other places in Haryana state for the arrest of other accuse. Bijrania told the racket was also active in similar illegal activities in several other states including U.P, M.P, Rajasthan, Punjab and Delhi.

 Jind police registered cases against other accused actively involved in the racket named Dilbagh Singh and Rajesh both residens of village Kalta,  Devinder resident of village Rohnat in Bhiwani district, Azad Singh resident of village Rakhi Khas in Hisar district who used to sit in entrance examinations as fake candidate. Meanwhile, police also took into possession four persons involved in illicit activities identified as Arjun resident of Bohawala, Abhishek resident of Khatgada, Vikram resident of Behlpur, Amarjit resident of Dhadheli, Manjit resident of Igrah all remanded to police custody for a day for interrogation.

Meanwhile, Noida police in U.P arrested 18 persons working for ‘Paper Solver’ racket involved in illegal activities in Central Education Test Examination including mastermind in the racket Rajesh resident of Delhi and other members of racket Amit, Vikas working  as an ASI in Delhi police, Bhawani Sharma a retired CRPF employee, another CRPF constable Shiv Ram resident of Bharatpur, Ravi  resident of Hathras, Sunil Joshi  resident of Sambjal, Anil Kumar, Sunil resident of Palwal, Ram Avtar, Brijesh resident of Gurugram, Anil Yadav, Parmod, Gajinder Singh, Anil, along with five females  Sandhya resident of Sambhal,  Sudesh resident of Sonepat, Shally resident of Mathura, Sharmila and Poonam both residents of resident of Gurugram. Police seized three laptops, 20 mobile phones, a key board, a printer, five four wheel vehicles, few bundles of white sheets,  about fifty admission farms of different examinations and currency notes for Rs 36000. Information reveals, the mastermind of racket Ravi Dahiya  Ankit and Ravi are yet absconding.
